The WhatsApp assist feature for Afrihost is a great tool. I was able to be directed to an agent Arthur T within 5 minutes of logging my call. Arthur T then assisted me by asking the relevant questions to quickly understand my query. Upon investigation he was able to assist in getting my query escalated. Definitely loving the WhatsApp helpline especially because it’s available even on weekends.

I have know and been a client of Afrihost not just once but twice, it depends on the area I am living in which Provider suites me best, But if possible, I have always prefered using Afrihost as my internet provider. They are friendly, efficient and always helpful.
